By Road
- Take junction 40 off the M4, turn right under the motorway and take the first exit (left) at the mini roundabout.
- Continue straight through a set of traffic lights along a long winding road, (you should pick up signs for Afan Forest Park.
- Carry on past the Afan Visitors Centre on your right do not turn off this road. You will pass through Duffryn village.
- After passing through Duffryn, you will enter Cymmer.
- Exact directions to the Ty Afan Holiday Cottage will be provided to guests in advance of their stay.
- The nearest train stations are Port Talbot Parkway and Maesteg.
- Intercity offers an hourly service from London Paddington to Port Talbot where buses run to Cymmer.
