A non-returnable deposit of 50% of the total rent is required upon booking.
The full balance becomes due one week prior to arrival.
Late bookings are payable immediately on arrival.
It is recommended that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
Ty Afan Holiday Cottage accommodation does provide off road parking and a secure lock up for bikes, however we cannot be held responsible for any damage to or theft of your personal items. Please insure you have adequate insurance cover before your arrival.
